Privacy, by principle.
This is a summary of AtlasEye’s consent principles, not a finalized privacy policy. AtlasEye is a product of TMW Digital LLC and is currently in pilot / early access.
Intentional sharing, always.
Trip check-ins are opt-in and active only during an approved trip window. Each tap records one location point. There is no background or continuous location tracking. Sharing ends automatically when the trip ends.
Traveler visibility and control.
Travelers see exactly what their company sees. They can pause sharing, annotate a check-in or dispute an entry. Only authorized company users assigned to the trip can access its check-ins.
Limited retention.
Trip location data is deleted after a set period. The exact retention period, permitted access and data handling will be documented in each pilot agreement before participation.
Your request details.
When you request early access, we store your name, company, email, optional team size and message to respond to your inquiry. Request details are not publicly accessible. Notification emails may be sent to the AtlasEye team.
