Terms for early access.
This is a preliminary summary, not a finalized agreement. AtlasEye is a product of TMW Digital LLC. Individual pilots will be governed by a separate written pilot agreement.
Pilot, not general availability.
AtlasEye is in pilot / early access. Capabilities, availability, data coverage and pricing may change. Consumer tiers are coming soon. The web experience comes first; iOS and Android apps are planned.
Consent is a condition of participation.
Travelers must opt in to approved trip windows. They see the same timeline as their company, can pause sharing and can annotate or dispute entries. Check-ins record one location point at the moment of the tap; no continuous or background location tracking.
Early-access pricing.
Free: $0. Semi-pro: $24.99/month. Pro: $49/month. Business: $99/month per user login (email or Apple ID). Business pilots are invoiced manually. Pricing may change and the consumer tiers are not yet generally available.
Data sources and open-source attribution.
Built on the open-source God's Eye View project (MIT), with CesiumJS and Google Photorealistic 3D Tiles. Licensed flight and weather sources require attribution and have their own coverage and usage conditions. Pilot data is contextual information, not a replacement for official travel or emergency guidance.
